At the present stage of social development issues of environmental protection and environmental management get a priority focus. Clearly, envi-ronmental problems are becoming global, but any country cannot be insured from the negative effects of their influence. To preserve the environment, society must change its behavior at both individual and collective levels. This required an appropriate reaction from the companies and enterprises that eventually has resulted in the development of methods of environmental control or management. Thus, the particular importance gets a system of rela-tions together with a set of methods that control the decision of the multiple natural-resource and environmental problems at different levels of economic hierarchy – from enterprise to the global economy.

Small business is a potentially effective means of business and entrepreneurial skills of the population, increasing its adaptability to market rela-tions. It provides the basis for the formation of the middle class – social layer, capable of ensuring the progressive development of society with an inter-est in democracy and social stability. The main forms of interaction of large companies in establishing cooperative links with small firms are being outsourced the subcontracting. Subcontracting in the process of building a market-based economy promotes stability in conjunction of large and small enterprises, which has a positive effect on the economic status of the management systems.
Role and place of social responsibility in management of modern Belarusian organizations
Social responsibility as an administrative mechanism of effective development of Belarusian organizations is an activity reflecting a free will deci-sion of organizations undertaking delegations according to realization of internal and external social programmers. Their results make the development of company better. They raise its stability in a long-term perspective improving its reputation and image as a social responsible subject and also make the development of society in economic, social and ecological spheres. Nowadays Belarusian businessmen realize their responsibility to the society. At the same time we need further steps according to effective development of social responsibility in Belarus. It should be better to promote spreading and fastening practice of business social responsibility in public consciousness everywhere. The article describes the methodology of the automated control systems on the example SPPCUE “Association Brestoblselstroy”, there is deter-mined the need for modeling business processes "as is" at the preparatory stage for the implementation of IS, which allows one to identify the spectrum of problems, irrational links that is necessary to eliminate before the development of IS. Description of business processes at the enterprise was carried out with the use of business modeling “Business Studio”.
Statistical methods of quality control
In article the main statistical methods of quality control which don't demand profound mathematical preparation are considered, but allow to reveal rejected production and to eliminate the reasons of its emergence. Data on production of a brick from a shell rock are taken for a basis by a method of the dry hyper pressing made by Manufacturing Private Unitary Enterprise "FIRMA NADEZDA". Types of defects of a let-out brick which have the great-est specific weight in all volume of defective production are revealed and analysed, the every possible reasons of emergence of these defects are es-tablished, some actions for elimination and further prevention of the revealed defects are offered.

The history of formation of development of a problem of use of intangible assets with a view of growth of cost of business is studied.
