Development and research of technology and equipment for stamping of high-precision conic cogwheels
The article describes several types of stamps that are recommended for the manufacture of bevel and cylindrical gears. A detailed description of the experimental die tooling for high-taperabove, including for conical matrix to squeeze through these matrices bevel gears and their calibration. Results on the effect form blanks used as for matrices, and for the manufacture of bevel gears in them, the quality of the obtained products. The recommendations on the optimization of the entire process of manufacturing high precision bevel gears.
Increase of wear resistance of woodcutting knifes by strengthening magnetic-pulse pro-cessing
The wood-cutting knives made of 8X6HФT and 8XФ tool steels and hardened by their exposure to a pulsed magnetic field have undergone successful long-term production tests at different woodworking enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. The wear resistance of hardened blades considerably exceeds durability such as knives, but is not affected by magnetic-pulse effects. As compared to analogues knives that had not been subjected to a pulse magnetic processing they demonstrated increase in tool life by 1,5 times and up to 3 times when working oak and ash hard woods and pine, respectively. Thus, their implementation can be recommended for carrying out respective operations at woodworking enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
The calculation estimate of constrain elastic-plastic deformation pa-rameters of materials for indentation
The peculiarities of material indentation as following realize three stage process are looked. The initial stage is correspond to elastic deformation, the intermediate stage-to constrain elastic- plastic deformation, and the principal final stage- to free plastic deformation. The results of fulfilled investiga-tion permit to realize the calculation estimate of constrain elastic- plastic deformation parameters of material for indentation. It’s shown that sizes of contact spot correspond to engender of constrain elastic- plastic deformation region and exit of this region on indentation materials' surface are consid-erable smaller in comparison with indenters radius. According values of forces and stresses are determinate.
Worm gears lubricated with the cluster
This article deals with the problem of the efficiency increase of worm gear pu-order cluster. Cluster is grease lubricated with Teflon particles that serve clusters. On the Base of the analyses of the worm transmission with the help of the wave method was determined the force, the acceleration, the time of the strike of the worm against the tooth of the worm wheel, tension in contact, resulting in the process of the worm gear. It is shown that for the mitigation and prevention of stroke it is necessary to put an elastic intermediate layer between the teeth of the worm wheel and the turns of the worm, which will serve as a shock damper system and at the same time it provides a minimum coefficient of friction at the relative sliding countertops of the turns of the worm and the worm wheel.

The article deals with designs of individual magnetic and dynamic tools with magnetic and electromagnetic drives of deforming balls, which are in-tended for finishing and strengthening treatment of inner surfaces of cylinders.
New methods and means of gear mechanism diagnostics on kinematics and vibration criteria
Diagnostics on a signal of vibration concerns to such methods, which ensures high efficiency and reliability of evaluation of technical state of toothed drives. For its realization it was the problem to solve, to discover in an inspected signal the necessary information permitting with a high degree of reliability to evaluate a condition of object and to reveal and to recognize the appeared defects. Taking into account a perspective of the given direction the modern diagnostics complex and methods of diagnostic were created for a solution of the most complex problems of diagnostics of gear transmission. They also are effective at performing of research and experimental – design efforts in the field of designing, production and operation of gearing and gear mechanism.
Integral method of free oscillations to control the integrity and strength of abrasive cups
The authors propose a method for determining the integrity and strength goods of complex shape, made of composite materials. The method is based on the analysis of the spectrum of natural oscillations of the object of control. The basic parameters that let to reliably establish the difference in characteristics of the object of control are determined.
Optimization of geometry of contact rings of face consolidations
The article describes how to optimize the geometry of the contact rings of end seals. Found that high pressure sealed medium causes deformation of contact rings. The strain is dependent on the shape of the ring in the radial direction and position the sealing the rubber element on it. Calculated the main dimensions of end seals.
Modelling of shift of the axis of the spindle of the horizontally milling machine under the influence of power and thermal factors
In this work the technique of an assessment of a condition of shpindelny knot of the horizontally milling machine by modeling of impact on it power and thermal factors is considered. For linear and angular shift of an axis of a spindle researches of thermoelastic model of shpindelny knot with impos-ing of boundary conditions proceeding from a design and various working conditions are conducted. The received theoretical researches allow to predict shift of an axis of a spindle and if necessary to bring adjustment in a design of the machine or to change an operating mode.
Substantiation of replacement of involute gear teeths finishing processing with break-in process
In article theoretically replacement possibility of the spur gear grinding by the subsequent with break-in process while in service for achievement of a demanded roughness on an example of manufacturing of synchronizing spur gears of rotor pumps В3-ОР2-А-2 series also is experimentally investi-gated. Objects of probe were milled and grinded spur gears before and after extra earnings. The parameters of a roughness measurement was made by the device for cross-sectional measurement of roughness ТR200. The data of experimental researches confirms expediency of modification of tech-nological process.
Methodology of an assessment of vibration loading of bearing knot of the gear mechanism
In developed computational method that allows for shock pulse amplitude values for each pair of conjugate profiles gearing determine the ampli-tude values of vibration acceleration (vibrating pulses) measured vibration pickup for bearing unit gearing. The method can be used in the design of the drive gear mechanisms for evaluating the overall vibration level and the spectral components of the vibration signal generated by the gears.
Choice of processing bases for edge cutting machining of machine part being restored
We suggest qualitative and quantitative methods for choosing and changing processing bases for edge cutting machining of repair workpieces in parts repair processes. Implementation of the production results allows to reduce the amount of work relating to the application of restoration coatings or the use of additional parts components with standard values of surfaces position geometric parameters.
Laser processing of sleeves of cylinders
Various methods of laser processing of a blanket of sleeves of cylinders made of zhelezouglerodisty alloys (steel and pig-iron sleeves) and alumi-num alloys are given. Influence of laser radiation on structure and property of these alloys for the purpose of identification of an optimum method of hardening of a blanket of steel, pig-iron and aluminum sleeves of cylinders is considered.
Research of change of durability of the thermoprocessed steel details after diffusive galvanising
In work researches of influence of processes of thermal diffusion galvanizing on change of strength characteristics of products are presented. The conducted pilot researches of the high-strength thermoprocessed bolts allow to choose a rational temperature mode taking into account a class of du-rability of a product.
Designs of spherical transmissions with intermediate rolling elements
In article questions of design of spherical transmissions with intermediate rolling elements (PPTK) are considered. Their advantages are in small dimensions, high loading ability, convenience of embedding in various mechanisms. Designs of transmissions and the recommendations, which in-crease adaptability to manufacture of manufacturing of their details and provide constancy of the transfer relation, are offered. Results of modeling of work of these transmissions are given in Siemens NX system.
Limited regime of drilling holes in the surface inclination based strength drills
In the article the method of determining the unstable transverse cutting force that occurs when plunging twist drill to the inclined surface. It serves as a basis for calculating the limitation mode insertion drills in the design of drilling operations. Application of the technique can increase the reliability and efficiency of drilling on inclined surfaces.
Influence of physical processes in processing zone of magnetic electric grinding on the formation of surfaces hardening coating
This article discusses the issues concerning the impact of the physical processes of magnetic electric grinding to form a surface coating of reinforc-ing material makes the PG- CP2 and PG-CP4 obtained by thermal spray method. Found that the magnetic-electric grinding forms a surface hardening coating influenced by three types of energy: mechanical (grinding grain grinding wheel), electrical (spark and thermal effect of technological current) electromagnetic (magnetic induction), with MEG is melting peaks of asperities as at the tops of asperities electrical resistance is higher than at the base, which leads to a significant release of heat energy passing through them, the technological power.

Welding by friction with hashing. features, scope, technological effectiveness analysis
The analysis of technological effectiveness of a way of welding by friction with hashing is carried out, the scope is considered. The main characteristics of received welded connections are described. The analysis of technologies and performance data of connections of aluminum alloys of different groups of an alloying in of the same name and heteronymic combinations is carried out. Conclusions are drawn on possibility of industrial application of a way.
Installation for plasma superficial hardening of the cutting tool
On the basis of theoretical and pilot studies of properties of an electric arch the plasmatron and plasma installation for superficial hardening of de-tails is modernized. Superficial training of cutting edges of knifes for crushing of wood waste is executed. For optimization of process and an assessment of strength characteristics of details chislenno by means of the program ANSYS complex problems of heat conductivity and thermoelasticity are realized at influ-ence of a local moving source of heat.
Corrosion behavior of aluminum and aluminum-bearing alloys in medneniye and nickel plating electrolytes
Processes of corrosion of aluminum and aluminum-bearing alloys in solutions of pirofosfatny electrolytes of a medneniye and nickel plating with an additive and without an additive of dioxide of SiO2 silicon in the range of concentration from 0,5 to 2 g/l are studied, and comparison of corrosion effect of background solutions of electrolytes without ions of metal and similar solutions with ions of nickel and the copper which is restoring on a surface of aluminum and aluminum-bearing alloys is carried out.
Research intense the deformed condition of the continuous cylinder at temperature, mechanical and radiation loading
The solution of a task on determination of tension and deformations of the uniform infinitely long cylinder which is exposed to influence of radiation, temperature loading and external pressure is considered. The system of the differential equations of balance in movements is received and analytically solved. For the fixed value of time values a component of tension and deformations depending on coordinate are found. Their dependence on time of radiation and properties of a material is investigated.
