The method of finding a Boolean formula of a polygon in the disjunctive normal form, without the used of additional predicate
A feasible in practice method of the solution of the constructing a Boolean formula of a polygon in the disjunctive normal form is proposed. The method is based on a sequential formation of convex components, which represent in the desired formula individual elementary conjunctions and cover in aggregate all the points of the plane belonging to the original polygon. The advantage of the method is the presence in the resulting formula only the predicate variables that are associated with the half-planes generat-ed only by the sides of the polygon. The method can be used, in particular, in the systems computer-aided design of integrated circuits topology.
Linguistic processor ProSAO and its applications
In this paper a linguistic processor ProSAO is described. ProSAO is the core of the knowledge engineering and management system Goldfire developed by Invention Machine (IHS). Also described are basic design principles, linguistic knowledge base characteristics, applications of ProSAO and format of its output.
The determination of characteristics of constant dissipative forces with use of interim measurement
With use of a method for establishing of roll friction coefficient, it is proved a possibility to determine constant dissipative forces with use of meas-urement of interim between two consecutive passages of the system of equilibrium position. It is shown the interim is different from supportive oscillation period. The latter is suggested as an interim between two consecutive deflections in one direction.
Using RAM-based networks for visual mark detection
In this paper we consider the problem of detection the graphic mark of leading robot in a leader following task. The detection methodbased on RAM-based is purposed. Trained RAM-based network keeps the features of a visual mark in different sectors regarding the slave robot. The network winner-discriminator will indicate the sector in which the leading robot present. The advantage of this approach is reducing the computational resources, so it can be used on platforms with low productivity.
The solution of a problem of finding of optimum distribution of resources on performed works on the basis of multiagentny approach and genetic algorithm
This paper describes the intelligent system for solving Project Scheduling Problem: the task is creating schedule of agricultural equipment for doing farm works. We report a novel method for searching optimal scheduling of agricultural operations. The proposed approach is based on genetic algo-rithm and multi-agent systems and permits to find appropriate solution, which minimizes operation costs.

Ensemble of neuronetwork detectors in systems of detection of attacks
Approach to detection of network attacks with use of recirculation neural networks as detectors of anomalies and detectors of abuses is presented. Sharing of these detectors within system of detection of attacks is proved. The experimental results confirming prospects of approach are given.
Contributions of thermal expansion on the changes in temperature of the optical band gap in semiconduc-tor CuGa5Se8
The temperature dependence of the optical band gap Eg in bulk crystals CuGa5Se8 has been analyzed by separately considering the contributions due to electron-phonon interaction and thermal expansion. It is found that the variation of the optical band gap with temperature is mainly due to the contri-bution of optical phonons with a characteristic phonon energy of about 16 meV. The Debye temperature is defined by parameters Θ obtained from the theoretical fit. The value is in good agreement with reported for the compound CuGa5Se8 earlier and obtained from the x-ray powder diffraction meas-urements at various temperatures.
Аctual questions of use of convolutional neural networks and their committees in recognition of digit patterns
The task of creation of the universal qualifier of digit patterns on a basis of convolutional neural networks is investigated. The analysis of "brittle-ness" of models of systems of statistical training as main problem in the solution of the specified task is made. Prospects of use of committees as inte-gration tool of knowledge of neural networks and increase of their accuracy is shown. Efficiency of application of bases with different writing style of patterns in combination to regular variation of their width and heights for overcoming of a problem of "brittleness " is proved. The qualifier with average accuracy of recognition of digit patterns over 98 % is created. The committee of the neural networks, allowing to receive 0.36 % of mistakes on a test part of the MNIST base is created.
Urban intersection control system based on multi-agent approach
One of possible method of effective urban traffic management is an intersections control system based on multi-agent approach. The considered a multi-agent system that has two types of agents as a solution for intersection control issue: an agent-manager for intersection management and an agent-driver as autonomous vehicle. This paper describes types and protocol of agent communication as well. Also we described reservation method for controlling by agent-manager and proposed a modified reservation method.
Algorithms of generation of architecture of stochastic networks with the given charac-teristics
Requirements are provided to specifications of network architectures taking into account tasks of the organization of simulation modeling. Algo-rithms of receiving frames of networks and determination of their parameters of required complexity are considered.
Modelling of critical operating mode of powerful diode lasers
Numerically and analytically in three-dimensional approached simulated the influence of thermoelastic stress in system a laser diode - heatsink (contact layer), occurred owing to spatial inhomogeneity of a thermal field, on output characteristics of the device at various operating modes. Depend-ence of critical density of a pumping current from duration of a pulse, geometry and thermophysical parameters of laser system, including for modern heat-transmitting materials of a substrate (diamond, boron cubic nitride) is investigated. Within the framework of the considered approach optimum conditions on quality of positioning planting a laser crystal on a heatsink substrate and process of assembly of diode lasers as a whole are found.

Spherical mi-crocavities with shell of TTBC dye molecules
We report on development of active whispering-gallery microcavities integrated with shell of organic dye TTBC molecules in a J-aggregate state. Results of high-resolution micro-photoluminescence spectroscopy and photoluminescence lifetime imaging confirm strong coupling of J-aggregate emission to whispering gallery modes of spherical microcavity. Polarization sensitive mode damping observed in the spectral region of high J-aggregate absorption can be used for suppression of unwanted modes in high Q optical whispering gallery resonators.
Two step algorithm of 3D-reconstruction of an internal surface of a crack in nondestructive control
In the paper the problem of tree dimensional surface reconstruction based on its two dimensional images is considered. Results of solving reconstruc-tion problem are used for analyzing images of materials with cracks. Crack depth estimation method based on Lambertian reflection model is proposed.

Optical confiniment factor of heterostructures ZnMgCdSSe with graded index a wave-guide for optical pumped up lasers
The results of calculations of the optical confiniment factor for heterostructures ZnMgCdSSe are presented. For increase in efficiency of transport of nonequilibrium charge carriers in active region the design of heterostructures with graded index a waveguide is offered. Comparison of the optical con-finiment factor, the specific optical confiniment factor for heterostructures with graded index a waveguide, containing one, two, three, five, seven and nine ZnCdSe quantum dots has been carried out.
On the calculation of bent plates using the finite difference method
