Rector of Brest State Technical University Sergey Antonovich Kasperovich became a participant in a significant educational project — “National School of Rectors”, which started on August 25 in Minsk.

The project is aimed at improving the level of professional training of heads of higher educational institutions of Belarus. Its main goal is to create conditions for the exchange of experience between heads of universities, discussion of key issues of educational institution management and the introduction of best practices into the country's higher education system.

Sergey Antonovich emphasized the importance of participating in such an event:

“This is a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and experience with colleagues from different regions of our country. The project will allow us to develop new approaches to university management, improve the quality of educational services and create additional prospects for the development of our students.”

The seminar participants were heads of universities and representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

Particular attention is paid to the issues of digitalization of education, integration of science and production, creation of favorable conditions for attracting talented youth and support for scientific research.

Following the seminar, a resolution will be adopted, which will become a practical guide for rectors, administration and teachers of universities for the upcoming academic year.
