International cooperation

Since 2021, Associate Professor S. I. Parfomuk and assistant S. V. Sidak have been participating in the ERASMUS+ 618513-EPP international technical assistance project-1-2020-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP "Promoting Development of Dual Study in Belarusian Higher Education" / DUALBEL ("Promoting the development of dual education in Belarusian higher education"). The project is aimed at supporting Belarusian partner institutions (the Ministry of Education, the Republican Institute of Higher Education, higher Education institutions and enterprises) in the development and implementation of a dual training model, including support for the legal and organizational framework in the Belarusian higher education system. The project is coordinated by the Deggendorf Higher Technical School. The EU is represented by the Dual Higher School of Baden-Württemberg, the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences in Pori, the University of Latvia of Riga and the University of Zilina. In Belarus, the consortium consists of 11 higher education institutions, the Republican Institute of Higher Education, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and 19 partner companies and organizations.

In 2014-2017, Associate Professor S. I. Parfomuk was a participant of the international project TEMPUS Centers of Excellence for young Researchers (CERes). The aim of the CERES project (Centers of Excellence for Young Scientists) is to improve the conditions for research work of young scientists from EU universities and from Ukrainian and Belarusian universities. The use of CERES for cooperation is free of charge and is available to students and young scientists from universities and enterprises of partner countries. The project is designed for 3 years and is implemented with the participation of 3 universities from the EU, 3 Ukrainian and 3 Belarusian universities, a state non-profit organization from Slovakia, 3 Ukrainian and Belarusian research enterprises and the Ukrainian Ministry of Education.

Within the framework of scientific cooperation with the Bialystok Polytechnic Institute on the topic "Research of heat and moisture transfer in highly porous thermal insulation materials and structures" (2019-2021), Associate Professor V. A. Kofanov conducts theoretical research in order to develop mathematical models that allow correctly evaluating and predicting the heat - protective properties of highly porous thermal insulation materials.
