Medical Commission

For enrollment in institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens must provide a health certificate of the y-10 form.

The health certificate of the y-10 form can be obtained after passing a medical examination at Polyclinic No. 4 in Brest.

How to get this certificate?

  1. With the passport, apply to the university health center located in hostel No. 3.
    Get a referral for a medical examination there.
  1. With the passport, go to the cash desk of Polyclinic No. 4.
    Obtain a y-10 form and the applicant's medical examination card.
    Pay for the following medical tests and services of medical specialists:
    • blood test,
    • urine test,
    • a blood test stating the HIV-negative status of the applicant,
    • services of a general internist,
    • services of an otolaryngologist,
    • services of a neurologist,
    • services of a surgeon,
    • services of an ophthalmologist.
  1. (Accompanied by a curator) take tests and undergo an examination by medical specialists.
    (Each doctor puts the date and seal on the health certificate of the y-10 form).

    Following applicants do not have to pass fluorography:
    • under the age of 18 years,
    • having a certificate of fluorography indicating its results obtained in their home country during the current year.
  1. After receiving the medical opinion of all medical specialists, you must contact the Head of the polyclinic to obtain his/her signature and seal.
  2. The completed and certified health certificate of the y-10 form must be provided to the International Department of BrSTU (room 325 of the main building).
