The department conducts classes at all faculties and specialties of the university. Among the courses taught:

• Computer Science (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Systems and Ecology);
• Computer Information Technologies (Faculty of Economics);
• System analysis and Operations Research (Faculty of Electronic Information Systems).

Electronic educational and methodological complexes have been developed for almost all disciplines taught at the department.

Teachers of the department are constantly improving the methodology of teaching disciplines, mastering new learning technologies. Methods and technologies that allow students to study software tools in the process of working directly with them in computer classes have been widely developed and implemented.
