A meeting between employees and students and law enforcement representatives was held at Brest State Technical University. The event was opened by Andrei Nikolaevich Parfievich, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Brest State Technical University.
Particular attention was paid to current issues of public safety and law enforcement. Police Colonel Andrei Leonidovich Studenichnik, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, began his speech by congratulating the meeting participants on National Unity Day of Belarus.
The discussion then turned to important changes in Belarusian legislation. Particular attention was paid to the following aspects:
- Innovations in traffic regulations
- Cybercrime prevention
- The problem of drug trafficking and the fight against illegal drug trafficking
Special preventive videos were shown to the participants for clarity. These materials helped to demonstrate the possible consequences of breaking the law and methods for preventing offenses.
