A delegation from the Belarusian-Chinese Joint Research Laboratory visited BrSTU.
A delegation from the Belarusian-Chinese Joint Research Laboratory of Electromagnetic Effects (BELARUS-CHINA JOINT LAB OF ELECTROMAGNETIC EFFECTS) visited Brest State Technical University.
The delegation was led by Wang Yuexiang, Deputy Director of the laboratory. A comprehensive program aimed at showcasing the university's scientific potential was organized for the guests.
The highlight of the visit was a tour of BrSTU's Competence Center for Industrial Robotics and Digital Engineering. Here, BrSTU Vice-Rector for Research Nikolai Shalobyta personally demonstrated to their Chinese colleagues the university's cutting-edge capabilities in engineering education and applied research. The guests were able to assess the center's technical capabilities and discuss the prospects for its use in joint projects.
Following the visit, negotiations took place, during which the parties discussed specific steps to deepen cooperation. Various models of cooperation were proposed, including technology transfer, joint scientific research, and academic exchange.
The meeting confirmed the parties' mutual interest in implementing projects that promote scientific development and strengthen ties between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
