Students and staff of the Brest State Technical University joined the annual republican dictation, organized as part of the celebration of National Unity Day of the Republic of Belarus. The fourth dictation attracted thousands of participants across the country, uniting lovers of their native language and patriots of their homeland.

For the first time this year, participants were able to hear the text of the dictation performed by the famous advertising and film actor, host and popular blogger Andrei Maksimov.

The text of the dictation is dedicated to the history of the unification of the territory of modern Belarus and the formation of the national identity of the Belarusian people. Participants learned a lot about important historical events that influenced the formation of the state.

After a thorough check of the works, the winners will be awarded memorable gifts prepared especially for those who demonstrated high literacy and a deep understanding of the meaning of the written text.

The Republican Dictation is not just a literacy test, it is an important cultural event that helps to create a sense of community and strengthen patriotic values.
