On March 7, a festive concert dedicated to Women’s Day on March 8 took place in the assembly hall of the Brest State Technical University.
In a festive, solemn, warm and joyful atmosphere, teachers, employees, labor veterans and students were congratulated by the Rector of BrSTU Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich on the holiday of spring, charm, beauty and femininity.
Representatives of the Brest Regional Council of Veterans became the guests of honor of the holiday. Labor veteran, member of the presidium of the Council of Labor Veterans of the city of Brest, Vasily Vasilyevich Kisten, delivered a congratulatory speech to the beautiful ladies, emphasizing the best qualities of the fair half of humanity.
The evening's program was a confession of love to our wonderful women. Words of love and gratitude, congratulations and wishes addressed to those who fill our lives with their warmth and beauty were heard from the stage. Creative groups of the university, soloists and individual performers prepared a bright “bouquet” of musical and dance performances. Those present enjoyed familiar songs and felt the unique atmosphere of Women's Day. The whole holiday was imbued with warmth and love, the numbers of the festive program gave a unique feeling of joy, emotional uplift and happiness.
