On April 11, at the Brest State Technical University, as part of the festive events dedicated to the 58th anniversary of the university, the “Intellectual's Day” was held at the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems.
This day was filled with various events, which made it possible to attract students and other faculties to participate in them.

The first to open today was a personal programming championship among students of the faculty, which was not only of a sporting nature, but also of an intellectual nature. The winners and runners-up of the championship will join the BrSTU programming team and begin preparations for participation in republican Olympiads in this area. Prizes for the winners were presented by the Brest IT company - Epol Soft.
Students and staff of the faculty prepared interactive platforms, within which the following were held:
 - master class on Chinese calligraphy;
 - training seminar “Formula for a successful startup”;
 - “Portrait of an Ideal Student” campaign.

The final and most exciting event was the interfaculty debate, in which representatives of all faculties of BrSTU took part. Students practiced the art of oratory, learned to competently put forward a thesis and arguments for it, use communication techniques and techniques, tactics and strategies for argument.
